At Sotcet.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Return or Refund

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The item must be returned in one package.

  • Returns must be shipped using the same service as the original delivery.

  • Only items delivered within the same country as the return address are eligible.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Final Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Items that are defective or damaged due to our error are always eligible for return or replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable import duties or fees, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

  • In cases involving defective or incorrect items, Sotcet will cover the return shipping cost.


How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us at help@sotcet.com and provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or invoice)

  • A photo or video of the product (if defective or damaged)

Please securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include a copy of the receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or a shipping error occurred.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
